She's that girl,
The one people walk by and don't look twice at,
And she's the girl that no one see's,
And she's that girl that you say hi to,
She's the girl that doesn't talk,
And she's that girl that's always faking a smile,
She's the girl that everyone asks for help,
Because we know she won't judge them,
And she's the girl that's realy quiet,
And never speaks above a whisper,
And she's that girl,
With the cuts on her arms,
And everyone assumes she's emo,
She's that girl who doesn't know what to do with life,
And she's the girl nobody really likes,
She's the girl that's sweet and caring,
She's that girl,
That type of girl who never really has a thing,
And what everyone doesn't know,
Is that, that girl is me...

You've rubbed salt into my wounds,
And it hurts more than ever,
I hear you talking about your day,
And you're happier than ever,
I look up at the ceiling,
And I try to hold back tears,
But something still slips out that I try to hide,
A little piece inside me dies,
You're never there,
You're always elsewhere,
And I just want to let you know,
That though we don't talk,
Though we don't glance at each other,
It still hurts to see you so happy,
So carefree,
And I wonder,
I just wonder where did it all go wrong...
