Find the Words

I can't seem to find the words,
And tell you the truth,
I'll hide it inside,
For fear of what you might say,
You can't see the little faked smile,
And I wonder if you know me at all,
I'm searching inside,
To somehow relieve this pain,
And I can't seem to cry,
For fear of rejection,
I'm trying to say,
Something and nothing comes out,
Maybe I'll find a way,
To finally say,
How sick I am of pretending...
